What does the warranty cover?

If Drill of Hearts is experiencing manufacturing defects that makes your Lamp not work completely within the Warranty period, Lavish Vanity Shop will provide repair services or replace the product. You must have proof of purchase in order to claim your warranty.

Warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear from personal use or handling
• Defects or damage that is caused by misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, alteration; modification, improper or unauthorized repair, water, or improper storage
• Physical or cosmetic damages
• Adapper damage due to misuse, accident, neglect, abuse, alteration, or improper storage.

WARRANTY WILL ONLY COVER MANUFACTURE

DEFECTS NOT PERSONAL USE DEFECTS.

Lavish Vanity Shop is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the use of the E-File. Please keep in mind that this Warranty will be voided if the lamp has been altered, tampered with, adjusted, or repaired by an unauthorized party or yourself.
