-ID is required for all pick up orders. 

-We DO NOT accept Uber drivers to pick up or similar driver services.

-Please allow 1-2 full business days for your order to be processed and be shipped

Orders placed before closing hour from Monday to Friday will be shipped out the same day.

Order placed on Saturday will be shipped out on the next following Monday 

-Tracking number will be provided. Customer should be able to receive a tracking number notification, unless you have provided a wrong email address or number phone. If you would like to get your tracking number again, please call us or send us an email to Lavishvanityshop@gmail.com

-We ship out package by carrier. Shipping might be delayed as we have NO CONTROL. Please contact us if your order is taking too long to arrive. We care about your packages! 

-Cancel request have to be sent to lavishvanityshop@gmail.com within 2 HOURS after placing. Unfortunately,orders that already shipped out can not be canceled and refunded.
